Got Ramogi tour packages visit a historic hill in the Alego area, which Luo oral tradition names as the place where their ancestors settled after migrating from the north. A short climb takes visitors to a summit with sweeping views over farmland and the lake plains. Cultural guides explain the history of Ramogi, the legendary leader. It is combined easily with Kogelo and Lake Kanyaboli on a day trip from Kisumu.
