The Sa’d al-Saltaneh complex in Qazvin is a huge Qajar-era caravanserai built in the 1880s, with courtyards, arcades and a series of shops. Its brick vaults, tiled domes and central pool are fully restored, and the building now holds craft stalls and cafés. It was once a stop for caravans heading west.
