Soudah is a high plateau near Abha and the loftiest point in Saudi Arabia, at over 3,000 metres. Juniper forests, walking trails and tall viewpoints are wrapped in mist for much of the year, and the cable car and a viewing platform called Soudah Peak give wide views across the mountain range.
