Snoopy Island is a small rocky island off the Sandy Beach area near Khor Fakkan, named for its resemblance to the cartoon dog lying on its back. The sea around it has coral and colourful fish, making it one of the best snorkelling spots on the east coast. Visitors can swim from the beach or take a boat out, and equipment is available on shore.
