February to August is the best period for Quy Nhon beaches. The highlands are most pleasant from November to April.
Two to three days cover Quy Nhon and its beaches. Pleiku and Bien Ho add two more days.
Fly to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, then take a domestic flight to Phu Cat Airport at Quy Nhon. The airport is about 35 kilometres from the city.
