Cai Be is a delta town on the Tien River, known for its floating market, where wholesale boats sell fruit and vegetables each morning. Visitors take a boat tour to see market life, visit workshops making rice paper, popped rice and coconut candy, and stroll through orchards sampling tropical fruit.
