Achill Island tour packages reach Ireland’s largest island by a bridge, with scenery that rivals any in the west. The Atlantic Drive passes sea cliffs, sandy beaches such as Keem Bay and the Slievemore mountain, where a deserted village stands on the slope. Surfing and kayaking are popular, and the Minaun Heights give wide views. Achill is also famous for the basking sharks that visit in summer. The roads are narrow, so drive carefully.
