Waterford Greenway tour packages follow a disused railway line for 46 kilometres between Waterford city and Dungarvan. The traffic-free path crosses 11 bridges, three viaducts and a long tunnel, with sea and mountain views along the way. It is flat, family-friendly and ideal for cyclists of all abilities, with bicycle hire at several points. Cafés in Kilmacthomas and Durrow break the ride. A full ride takes around four hours, and shuttle services return riders.
