Caldas tour packages take you into the heart of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO-listed region of steep green hills and bright coffee farms. Manizales is a lively university city beneath volcanoes, with a cable car, hot springs and cafés, while Salamina and Aguadas preserve traditional Paisa houses with balconies. Coffee plantation stays are the main draw. Plan two to three days, and visit in the drier months. Coffee tastings and cable car rides are easy additions to any stay.
