Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of services or price changes due to supplier revisions.

Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the number of days prior to the departure date:

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the eligible refundable amount

• 7 days or less before departure: No refund
